Bodywork is very closely knit to emotional well being, and it is natural for emotional release or revelation to occur during a session. Some people find it beneficial to process their experience with me after their session. Or you may be coming for bodywork specifically to address an emotional concern, and would like to discuss your goals. I schedule my sessions to allow for 5-10 minutes of extra time, which can be used before or after your session. I also use this time to relay any self-care techniques that I think might be useful to you. You may decide that you would like to give yourself more than 10 minutes for processing, and I am happy to schedule additional time for you in 1/2-hour blocks.

Cancellation policy:
24-hour notice is appreciated
1/2 price of the service is expected if cancelled in less than 24 hours
